During our middle school Opening assemblies, teachers and administrators share how their upbringing shaped them in what we call Under The Oak presentations. Students listening in the audience can look for specific parts of the stories that resonate with them:  the roots, the trunk, or the branches spreading into their current lives. 

Coming up soon, we’ll have student presenters sharing what’s making them who they are today.
