For our puzzles group, this week was all about logic and strategy. Students started the week with logic puzzles and strategy board games before graduating to an escape room! Later this week they had to combine their skills in logic and strategy to solve the puzzles in “The Mad Hatter” escape room in order to beat the clock and escape together. The week concluded with a period of exploration into “old-school” pencil and paper games. The focus and teamwork required of students during this week was a great release for students and a chance for them to exercise and strengthen their minds each day.
